In 2019, she co-founded LawSupport to offer a more personalised, full-service approach to company formation and business setup in Belgium. She oversees all company registration, shelf company, and corporate structuring matters.
Thomas heads the tax and accounting advisory practice. He graduated from UGent with a specialisation in tax law and began his career at PwC Belgium, where he spent four years advising multinational clients on Belgian corporate tax, VAT structuring, and transfer pricing. At LawSupport, he manages all tax consulting, VAT registration, annual accounts filing, and payroll advisory matters for international businesses operating in Belgium.
Marie leads the immigration and permits practice at LawSupport. She graduated from UCLouvain and began her legal career at EY Law Belgium, where she focused on employment law and cross-border worker mobility. She has spent the last several years advising international entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals on Belgian residence permits, work permits, single permits, and self-employed professional cards.
Pieter manages the banking and compliance practice at LawSupport. After graduating from VUB, he joined KPMG Belgium's financial services advisory team, where he worked on regulatory compliance projects for Belgian and European banks. He later served as compliance officer at a Belgian fintech company. At LawSupport, he assists clients with corporate bank account opening, VASP registration, MiCA compliance, and fintech licensing.
Laura advises international companies on establishing legal presence in Belgium. She graduated from ULB and began her career at Deloitte Legal Belgium, working on cross-border corporate structuring and EU regulatory matters. She later gained experience at an international trade body in Brussels. At LawSupport, she handles representative office setup, branch registration, subsidiary formation, and ongoing corporate administration for foreign businesses.
