The terms and conditions governing the use of LawSupport's corporate and legal consulting services in Belgium.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between LawSupport, having its registered office at Stockerstrasse 45, 8002 Zürich, Switzerland ("LawSupport", "we", "us"), and any individual or entity ("Client", "you") who engages our services or uses our website at lawsupport.be.
By engaging our services, submitting a contact form, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
LawSupport provides corporate consulting services related to business operations in Belgium, including but not limited to:
The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement or engagement letter between LawSupport and the Client.
LawSupport provides corporate consulting services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or act as attorneys. Where legal advice is required, we will refer you to appropriately licensed professionals.

Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required information or documentation may result in extended timelines and additional fees.
Our fees are disclosed on our Pricing page and/or in individual service agreements. Fees may be structured as fixed fees, hourly rates, or a combination thereof, depending on the service.
Invoices not paid within the agreed payment period will accrue interest at a rate of 10% per annum in accordance with the Belgian Act of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions. A fixed compensation of EUR 40 for recovery costs may also apply.
Government fees, notary fees, translation costs, apostille charges, and other third-party costs are not included in our fees unless explicitly stated. Such costs will be communicated in advance and invoiced separately.
LawSupport will treat all information provided by the Client as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except:
This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
All documents, templates, processes, methodologies, and materials developed by LawSupport in the course of providing services remain the intellectual property of LawSupport, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Documents prepared specifically for the Client (e.g., articles of association, applications) become the Client's property upon full payment of all applicable fees.
LawSupport's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of that party, including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or system failures.
The Client may terminate the service agreement at any time by written notice. Fees for work already completed and any non-recoverable third-party costs incurred will remain payable. The initial deposit is non-refundable.

Upon termination, LawSupport will deliver all completed work product to the Client (subject to full payment) and securely retain or destroy confidential information as required by law.

The Client agrees to cooperate fully with our AML/KYC procedures. Failure to provide requested identification documents may result in our inability to provide services.
These Terms and any service agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
